General Description

Low capacitance Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection diodes in ultra small SMD Plastic packages designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

  • Bidirectional ESD protection of one line
  • Max. peak pulse power: Ppp = 130W at tp = 8/20 µs
  • Low clamping voltage: VCL = 14V
  • Ultra low leakage current: IRM < 50nA
  • ESD protection > 25KV per MIL-STD-883C, Method 3015-6: Class 3 (Measured from pin 1 to pin 2)
  • IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 (ESD), >15KV (air); >8KV (contact)
  • IEC 61000-4-5 (surge); Ipp = 12A at tp = 8/20 µs
  • Ultra small SMD plastic packages
